| Experience : | My diversified experience started from the banking industry through the rank and file as a branch manager where I discovered my true passion for training and development. In pursue of this passion, I took up the role of a Sales Trainer in Sales Ninja and later was headhunted by Frost & Sullivan for the role of APAC Sales Training Head. To explore my passion deeper I started my own training company called Biznez Warrior where my ability to identify needs, design modules, implement result-oriented trainings, measure results, create performance statistics and manage a team of trainers and sales individuals was expanded. After years of involvement in adult learning I have also started to develop a keen interest in working with young kids and learning children psychology as i was inspired through teaching my own child. I am still on a self-discovery stage trying to find my true purpose and calling therefore working with kids may just be the answer to my calling in life. |
