Experience : | I am a professional, capable and energetic TESOL – Certified teacher with extensive Education management experience. I have excellent leadership, management and specialized communications skills, and the necessary experience to combine those skills into an effortless and impactful managing style. I have worked for and managed internationally for some of Korea’s largest and most eminent companies and universities, including Kia, Hyundai, LG Electronics, Korea National Police University, and several prestigious women’s universities. I have also acted as a visiting/adjunct professor in Beijing and in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, successfully managing students, teachers, QC, and general/specialized affairs there. I love to teach/manage English and share my knowledge of western culture with students of all ages. I have 12 years of in class and online teaching experiences from the ages to 4 to adults, and I use the active induction student centered approach for kids and adults and with kids I use TPR and many fun engaging and fun stimulating songs and games for kids and for adults I use debates, role plays, surveys, Special topic based classes/EAP/ESP designed specifically for the needs of the student. I would love to work for a. good, solid, fun and stable company and would love to use the inductive student teaching approach and be able to have some fun, interactive, engaging and stimulating conversations with students and be able to share information and ideas with them over a long period of time and be able to shape, mold them and guide them toward the learning goals much like a learning coach. |
