| Experience : | I have experience in teaching and facilitating first degree students in UPM (2008 - 2016) and UPNM (2010). I conducted 14 three-hour co-curricular classes every week for the entire semester and taught over 600 students regarding soft skills and self development through the modules of theatre & stage drama, event management, community service and stage management. I am familiar with the rubric system for students' evaluation and assessment and helped to construct the system based on my experience and knowledge. I monitored the students' progress in 7 key soft skills (teamwork, leadership, communication, professional & ethic, lifelong learning, critical thinking & problem solving, and entrepreneurship through various fun and exciting activities which I researched and compiled it by myself. At the end of each semester, I assessed the students' capabilities to apply all the soft skills in a final mega project. |
