| Experience : | I am a full time tutor for about 8 yrs. I have psssion in teaching. So far my student is more than 100. I have met many different types of student. They have their own problem related to study. My method depend on the type of student. I will identify student's problem and plan method to solve it. I like to motivate student. I am also very patient. I will repeat or find another way to explain until the student understand. Most of my students result improve significantly. I have student improve from D to A, D to B. Some student improve from fail to pass ,to C. How much student improve depend on their level of hardwork, attitude,and discipline. |
