Experience :	I grew up in Johor Bahru, attended high school and college here. Then went to KL and the UK to complete my professional qualification. I'm generally an outgoing person, and I've only had 3 weeks of actual teaching experience when i taught Russian kids aged (8-16) English. There, we had a fixed structure of what to teach but the teaching method was completely our discretion. Mainly I'm good at encouraging and teaching kids to speak good English. I enjoy teaching kids as it helps both the kids and I learn new things. Previously the kids i taught were in classes as many as 20 students to one teacher. At the end of it all, the kids were speaking much better English as they were forced to speak to us everyday in English coupled with our strong encouragement. Being a good student and a good teacher may be seperate things but it certainly does help that I am good at studies. I look forward to being a teacher for small groups of students.
