Experience :	Experience As a PhD student, I am tasked to tutor the undergraduates as well as mark their assignments. In addition, I have been tutoring English to students in Singapore as well conducting online classes. Whilst here, I have continued teaching English and Music at refugee schools however since my time has freed up a bit more, I am willing to undertake Malaysian students as well. Acheivements I was on scholarship as I completed my Honours as part of my undergraduate studies and obtained a First Class Honours, GPA3.5/4. As a result, I was able to bypass my masters and jump straight into my PhD. I was awarded a full scholarship to complete my postgraduate studies. I grew up in Singapore and went through the education system there and hence, am aware of the rigour required to excel in one's academics. However, I am a strong advocate for a balanced education life and understand the needs of different students and the ways they cope with the typical stressors. Therefore, I aim to make my tutoring sessions one that motivates the student themselves to want to know more. In essence, my job is to plant a seed where they thirst knowledge and enjoy the process, and consequently start excelling at what they will come to enjoy.
