Therefore, they have no choice but must enrol in Chinese primary school that nearby their hostel. • The children age is between 5 to 12 years old. • Volunteer teachers are not only teaching them academic subjects but also educating them on cultural, customs and civilization. • The main purposes of the volunteering 1. The kids were staying in the jungle since born & never in touch with the regular society. Ministry of Education has enforced the new rules that all the children in Malaysia must study in Primary school. Hence, NGO organised the volunteer projects to help the Orang Asli children and bring them to the regular society. 2. Orang Asli children do not speak Chinese (they learn the Malay language since young) but they have no choice but must attend to Chinese school. Therefore, NGO decided to get volunteer teachers to teach them basic Chinese language and guide them on homework. 3. All these children stayed with their parents in the jungle before they have attended local Primary school. Hence, they do not understand the normal society, especially cultural, norms, customs and civilization (such as hygiene & greeting). Volunteer teachers must assist and guide them how to adapt to the general social life. 4. Counselling and comforting the children that away from their parents since the young age (They are staying in the hostel and take care by NGO staff). I have recently completed my Masters Degree in Telecommunications Engineering and I decided to make this passion of sharing knowledge to the next level. At present, I have a couple of high school students that I tutor professionally. I prefer one-on-one tutoring and enjoy engaging my students with fun and challenging math and science problems. I like to apply math and science to real world situations to allow my students to understand the relevance and benefits of knowing and applying this knowledge in their everyday lives. I am very comfortable tutoring Physics, Additional Mathematics and Mathematics for students at the secondary level (form 1-5). Besides earning additional income, my ultimate aim tutoring is to produce results. I am able to relate well with all ages and I am able to deliver accordingly with regards to the level of intelligence displayed by a student. I am a believer that there is no reason why any student should not score a distinction in physics, maths and add maths. I take it upon my responsibility to guide and take my students towards that goal because it gives me great satisfaction and joy in empowering students to succeed. A result oriented person with the sense of responsibility to deliver. (Problem in schools is many teachers have no clue of the relevance of what knowledge they are trying to impart.
