My teaching experience has spanned 15 years. I began in 2008 after I graduated from the International Islamic University of Malaysia. I completed my Masters in Education (Teaching English as a Second Language) while teaching diploma students various English subjects related to the university as well as the MUET requirements. This includes basic English (4 skills) to Academic Writing and Presentation and Public Speaking. I also have had the opportunity to teach students in South Korea and Greece and was involved with preparing local students who are planning to pursue their degrees in Britain. I've taught students who are really weak in English and have show vast improvements in my classes. They have expressed more interest in the English language even after the semester is over. Over the years, I have taught Foundation English, Academic Writing, MUET Preparation Courses, Presentation and Speaking skills and English for the Workplace / Business English courses. I've taught students from different backgrounds and levels and I'm looking forward to helping more students improve in their English!

I've been teaching for almost five years, helping around 100-200 students. Most of my classes are small, with no more than 15 students. I cover subjects like F1 to F5 Science, SPM/IGCSE/GCSE Physics, Biology, Chemistry, and Math.
One success story that stands out is about a shy F5 IGCSE student. At first, he didn't talk much, making it a bit tough to connect with him. But eventually, he turned things around and scored really well. His Physics grade went from a C- to an impressive A-, and his Chemistry grade jumped from a D to an A. Seeing his improvement was really satisfying and showed that my teaching approach works.
I like to teach in a way I call "question-based learning." It means I encourage students to ask questions and take the lead in their learning. I think this is important because many students today rely too much on being spoon-fed information. They don't take the initiative to ask questions or truly understand what they're learning, probably because that's how traditional schools often teach.
I believe spoon-feeding, where students just memorize information without understanding it, is not the best way to learn. In my five years of teaching, I've stuck to my question-based approach because it helps students understand their subjects better.
Looking back, I'm convinced that encouraging understanding instead of just memorizing is the key to helping students become curious and independent learners.
My other experience such as I have provide Table Tennis Coaching/Trainer for the past. Part time trainer that is major in training table tennis player about table tennis skills, physical training and strategies thinking for tournament. Player’s highest level trained is youth state player. I also responsible to train international students in Straits International School Penang (SIS).

I am a graduate from Universiti Teknologi Petronas. Currently I'm working at one of the international school in Kota Damansara as a management executive. I am doing part time home tutor mostly because I am very passionate about sharing the knowledge. Most of the kids they want to learn more than what they learn in the school but not with the school ambiance or with a teacher. They prefer someone who understand them as a student. This is why I am interested in doing the home tuition, to make them love what they are doing yet at the same time to nurture their interest in learning. My class will be fun but informative, simple but knowledgeable.
In 2017, I've taught 6 students in total:
i) Grade 2 International School - Maths, English and Art. Student can understand basic mental arithmetic.
ii) Grade 3 International School - Maths, English and Art
iii) Year 5 (UPSR) - Maths and Science
iv) Year 6 (UPSR)- Maths, Science, Malay, English. #Student manage to score 4A 2B for UPSR 2017.
v) Form 2 (PT3)- Maths. Student managed to understand subject very well and get a good score than before.
vi) Kindergarten - Basic maths and literacy for 3 years old student.
My teaching starter kit will include:
- Set up monthly goals by reviewing student's school progress.
- Weekly review with the parents.
- Assessment by chapter with the student(s).
- Exam paper corrections and retest.

I have an experience in teaching started with my friends when I was in Form 4. We made a study group for the Chemistry subject. Since I always got excellent results in Paper 1, some of my friends wanted me to teach them. I used the textbook because in my opinion, textbooks do give brief descriptions and therefore, helps in understanding several subjects. We created abbreviation for quick reminder. We also changed some lyrics to chemistry terms. I also taught my sister in chemistry subject. I told her that she needs to know what and how the chemical formulas are instead of memorizing them. For accounting, I made notes to avoid confusion due to the repetitive contents in the textbook. In addition, I had a tutor session with a Chinese boy who had a problem in Bahasa Melayu. In order to make him understand the BM words, I used textbook and gave him a lot of exercises according to grammar such as Perkataan Imbuhan, Kata Adjektif or Tatabahasa while guided him throughout the exercises.
